How much does window film cost in the UAE?
Pricing typically ranges from AED 35–150 per square foot installed, depending on film grade (solar/safety/decorative), glass area and accessibility. We provide a free, written quote after a site survey.
How long does window film last in UAE conditions?
Premium nano-ceramic films last 12–15 years even under intense Gulf sun, with manufacturer warranties to match. Lower-grade films may need replacement after 5–7 years.
What warranty do you offer?
We pass through the manufacturer warranty (up to 15 years on premium solar films, lifetime on most safety films for residential applications) and add a 2-year installation workmanship warranty.
How long does installation take?
A typical villa is completed in 1–2 days. A small office in half a day. Large commercial projects are scheduled in phases to minimise downtime.
Will the film make my windows too dark?
No. Modern nano-ceramic films can reject 70%+ of solar heat while staying optically clear. We bring physical samples so you can see exactly how each film looks on your glass.
Do you service all of the UAE?
Yes — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Site surveys are free anywhere in the country.
Can you film all glass types?
Almost all — float, tempered, laminated, low-E and double-glazed. We confirm compatibility during the survey to prevent any thermal stress issues.
How do I clean and maintain the film?
Use a soft cloth or rubber squeegee with mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive sponges or ammonia-based cleaners. Films are scratch-resistant but not scratch-proof.
